The Maendeleo Africa Fellowship Cohort 4 program kicked off on the 29th of March. After receiving over 150 applications from 17 different countries, 134 applicants were accepted.
The fellows are looking forward to sharpening their leadership skills and deepening their understanding of community engagement and strategies to bring about positive change in the African continent after the completion of the 8 weeks virtual fellowship.
The first knowledge session commenced on the 30th of March. Ebenezer Ogunbode took the fellows on personal Leadership for Social Impact.
Ebenezer defined personal Leadership as the ability of an individual to understand, harness and leverage their unique strength, values, aspirations, and experiences to guide and influence themselves. He shared with the fellows how to Cultivate resilience to navigate obstacles and setbacks. He also spoke on Embracing failures as learning opportunities.

4. Work with Us to Position Our Impact Talent
Are you a Web Developer, Graphic Designer, Content Creator, UI/UX Designer, or digital marketer? You can join us to build a Web platform to showcase our social impact communities and projects. As a creative, you can spend your time, and skills to empower change-makers and amplify their voices.
5. Join Our Faculty of Experts
You can make the most of your thought leadership by partnering with us to mentor the next generation of change-makers. You can share your expertise by leading knowledge sessions that drive impactful change.
