Maendeleo has its origin in Swahili and it simply means Development. The fellowship is a virtual one that aims at bringing up youths who want to be change makers in our continent as volunteers or NGO owners. It spans for 6 to 8 weeks. It basically seeks for the personal development of participants who would in turn develop their respective communities.
