Evolufy Africa Announces Strategic Restructuring to Deepen Impact Across the Continent

In a significant move aimed at sharpening its focus and expanding its impact, Evolufy Africa has announced a major restructuring of its organizational framework. The announcement was made via an official LinkedIn post by the organization’s founder, Abayomi Adeola Della.

The new structure will see Evolufy Africa operate through two distinct arms:

  1. Tsion Academy – dedicated to providing free, quality education to out-of-school children in underserved communities.

  2. Maendeleo Africa – focused on equipping young African changemakers with the tools to lead, influence, and drive sustainable development across the continent.

"We are excited to announce our new organizational structure—one that allows us to go deeper where it matters most,” said Della. “This restructuring is not just an administrative shift; it’s a recommitment to impact, systems thinking, and the future of African development.”

Founded by Della as a teenager, Evolufy Africa has evolved over the past nine years from a grassroots passion project into a Pan-African platform impacting children, youth, and communities through education, leadership, and advocacy.

Acknowledging the people behind the growth, Della expressed heartfelt appreciation to members of the Evolufy Africa team, including Kehinde Adekunle, Monica Samuel-Onyugo, Grace Eyiolawi, and Blessing Oluwasakin, ACIPM, HRPL, for their steadfast dedication and service—some spanning over six years.

“We’re building, learning, and collaborating more intentionally, and we invite partners, stakeholders, and supporters to join us on this journey,” Della concluded.
